This thread http://forum.phaseone.com/viewtopic.php?t=5299 has not been replied to by Phase One. I cannot raise a support case as the facility is not working and you do not allow customers to PM the admins of this board.

Very grateful if you could respond regarding the apparent incompatibility to your product with the Nikon D3.

    OK resolved (ish) have managed to create a support case. It would be helpful though if the error message said something like "you need to log in to create a support case" rather than the nondescript error message you currently get.

    If you get a meaningful response could you post it here. or send me a private message I tried to raise a support case and was asked to go back and add information. I was too busy with other more pressing matters at the time and have not got round to it since.

    Hi Martin - sorry only just seen your reply and PM's are disabled on here.

    Essentially Phase say that the current level of support for the D3 in 3.8 is about all we are going to get in the pro version until V4 comes out. Somewhat disappointing given the delay in the release of that software.

    I am however using the 'free' version of C1 v4 with great success and support is much better.

    I am using Po 3.7.8 to support my 1Ds3 and Sony DSC-R1. I only use v4 for my Ricoh P&S as it produces dng files. Not keen on v4 as it stands as it does not fit my workflow so I am reserving judgement until the Pro version is available. If that does not work for me and I have to redesign my workflow anyway I will probably go to Lightroom v2.
