This happened to me also...I opened a support case but they could not recreate it. You should open one too... 😄

Before I write them... can you test something?

    A. Make a new catalog with Media Pro. Save it. Then Save as... and try to overwrite it.

    B. Open an old .ivc file. Save as... to make the conversion to the new format. Then Save as... again and try to overwrite.

    I can do A but not B

I have exactly the same issue as I convert my .ivc catalogs over.

After you Save As to convert the file, close and relaunch Media Pro. It should then work properly. I have reported the bug to R&D as well.

I have a similar issue to this - maybe related:

I opened an EM2 catalogue, and saved it to a local folder to convert it to Media Pro.

I left the computer for a while, and didn't do anything with the actual catalogue...

When I quit Media Pro - it asked if I wanted to save the changes to the catalogue.. I didn't think I'd made any, and the filename it gave me was of the newly created Media Pro file I'd already saved a few minutes earlier...

It wouldn't let me save it as that... couldn't overwrite it.
