Library tab in 10.2

Is it just me, or do others see this? If I open a session in 10.2, the session folders tool in the library tab no longer highlights the folder that is currently selected (Capture, Selects, etc..) at least at first. None of them are highlighted, although one of them is in fact selected because the images in it are shown in the browser. If I go to the library tab and select one, then it is highlighted and seems to remain so until I close the app. It's only been like this since 10.2. (I'm on macOS Sierra, and I see this happen on both my iMac and my MacBook Pro.) Only a small thing, but a bug?

Paul - I have found that this problem persists in Version 11. I have also reported it - case number 275671.
