This can have several causes. For example, one .cr2 file might be corrupted. Try with a lower amount of images.

All images are OK. Try it with 9 Images. Nothing happend. Shooted with Capture One but I make an Mistake and make an Catalog not an Session. Now I make an copy from all files in on folder. Try it with some other files but nothing happed. Can´t import a single file.

When you start the trial version do you select the Pro option or one of the others?

If you do not run C1 as the Pro option it will not read CR2 files.

There is no differences between the Trial version and the full version except time limits and a lack of a licence.

All Images are OK. Import in LR works well.

Have you tried this. With the import dialog open and thumbnails on screen, click on a thumbnail. Next, select all or Ctrl+A. Import.

In my case, I'm getting a 'Catalog Locked - Read Only' error. I wonder if downloading and installing Windows 10 today has anything to do with this?? Thinking the software was locking me out because I was using the trial version and it had expired, I bought the software. This didn't fix the problem. I was under the impression that Capture One 8 (for Sony) came free of charge with my Sony a6000 camera when I bought it.

    Two issues.

One. A locked catalog is not related to a license or trial. Windows 10 could be the issue. Note however that locking a catalog is a regular feature of CO8. Just go to File menu > Unlock Catalog to unlock it. Background: the read-only mode is meant for simultaneously using a single catalog on a file share by multiple users.

Two. Sony users have access to the light version Express (for Sony) for free (no key activation required) and can buy and activate for a reduced amount to Pro (for Sony) or larger amount to Pro, which is unrestricted.
