Crop Grid Missing

Since the last update to 12.1, when I crop the grid does not appear in the crop area. How can I get this back?

    In the crop tool, there is now a check box for "show grid while cropping". You only need to check it once.

    Edited to add: also in the new grid tool, there is an option for grid to follow crop, in other words to make it resize where the lines come as the image crop size is adjusted.
