Capture One Pro 7.2.1 is not available for my CO 7.2

say the the installed CO 7.2.0.57 on my MBP with Mavericks.
It say it when I ask for updating.
Answer: Your software is up to date....

Why is it so?

Some days before I made an upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2.1 on my iMac with Mavericks on base of Search for updating.
