Contact support through a support case and provide a screenshot. There are some suggestions I could offer here but without a better idea of the exact issue it might be more trouble than it's worth. A support case with a screenshot should get you your answer in a few minutes.
The issue likely rests with an ICC profile or a COS/COP file.

Yeahh, I've already tried but the create support case link does not work!

I get this error when clicking on Create Support Case on the phaseone homepage:

    Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

It would be a great idea if we can do such things directly within the software.

Do you know if deinstalling the software completely - helps? I mean deleting the library, preferences, application support folders... like shown in the knowledge database. I hate doing this everytime a software update is coming out because then I loose all my presets and recipes!
If I try to save them for later use they are not compatible anymore with the new updates. The last time I've just dropped the Application into the trash bin and installed the 5.1.2 update without doing a clean install.

If I have the time I will try it next time but it would be great to export user settings somehow together in one single file for re-import later after the update.

Hmmm, the link seems to work just fine for me on several networks and browswers... maybe check again.
Once your logged in the link; http://www.phaseone.com/en/SupportMain/ ... pport.aspx should get you direct to the form page.

Before you complicate things with troubleshooting just provide a supporter with a file and we can point you in the right direction.

We had the same problem, but fixed it it this way:

    1. download newest CP1 release
    2. Delete everything about CP1 that exists on your computer. there is a previous post about it on here in the past 2 moths.
    3. install that cp1 release you downloaded.

Basically, there is some old preference buried in there that causes it, when you do a simply upgrade. The full purge worked on several of our machines. Good Luck.

    Bob,
I can't think of a universal setting to the Software that would cause this to happen. In the OP's case the issue turned out to be a corrupt "COS" file, which is specific to the RAW file and not the Capture One Version. We're looking into why this occurred but ultimately, in this case, simply deleting the COS side car file for the corresponding RAW file fixed the issue and it was not necessary to completely uninstall the software and all files associated with Capture One.

By the way Drew , this sounds like a very similar problem to mine.

Similar perhaps in description but not in nature.
