Import of .nef files w/o evaluation

In my usual workflow, I evaluate my .nef files (Nikon Raw) in Nikon ViewNX and then Import my Pictures into Capture One, usibg a filter to find the Images rated with 4 or more stars.
After switching to CaptureOne V8.3.3, this does not work anymore, on Import I can not see the Evaluation done in ViewNX (but the keywords are taken over).
I am working on Windows 8 and my workflow worked with CaptureOne Vers. 8.3.2

Does anybody here have an idea, what went wrong here and how I can take over my Evaluations into CaptureOne?

  How does ViewNX store the ratings?

  Hi Christian,
  
  according to Nikon, they store the rating in the Metadata to the picture.
  
  Was there a change in the reading of the Metadata from Vers. 8.3.2 to 8.3.3?
