White Balance Problem C1 PRO
Hello! I'm currently trying out the trail version of Capture One pro on the Mac but I doesn't work very well. The white balance is completely off on my Nikon D200 pictures. They are all green! And Yes, I have chosen the right color profile.
With my D70 I don't have the same problem. With the D70 I have another problem. All my pictures looks very low-res. It's all very strange.
It would be nice if someone could help.

Most likley you have a customer white balance which is from a light condition that does not match the light condition you have shot in.
I have also seen people setting daylight when they shoot a wedding and then keep using that when the wedding goes in side and inside there is light tubes.
Quite a different light temp.
Check that the white balance in camera is matching the light condition in the images.
You can always do a post white balance correction in Capture One.0 -
Hello! That is not the problem. The problem was with the 3.7.4 RC1 version. I tried out the 3.7.3 and the problem was solved. A very odd thing noticed when importing my pictures from my camera was that the thumbnails looked normal at first but after a few seconds the white balance changed and they turned green. Maybe a bug? 0 -
i sometimes notice the auto color balance feature doesnt work so well but can get close. keep in mind that you are selecting one pixel to neturalize the entire image to. maybe i am wrong about it referencing one pixel, but would be nice to have a 3x3 or 5x5 average selection like with the eyedropper in PS.
i would like to know if i am wrong on this...0 -
3.7.4 is currently a Release Candidate so please please the post in the Release Candidate forums we have set up so you will let our R&D problem know about this problem.
