Canon 7D RAW file color in C1 9.2

    Hello Simon, same issue here. The Problem occurs with some camera profiles. Fuji XT1. What i did: Select all my pictures and give them the profile frommen xt10, which works and is exactly the same as the XT1 Profile. Today i Start my PC and the color profile from the XT1 works again. Dont know why, but hope that this will not happen again. Green, Christoph

    Running into the same issue with Canon EOS 70D Generic ICC Profile. Strangely, the problem seems to happen intermittently. Shutting down the software and restarting it corrected the issue once, but it returned on restart. I'm working around it for now by switching to Canon EOS 60D Generic so I can see colors again, but wonder what's really going on.

    I'm also encountering what seems like some instability when communicating with the video card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti) whereby the display blacks out and takes a moment to refresh any time I apply an adjustment. Restarting Capture One fixes this as well, but it returns sporadically (usually after using the loupe tool). C1 9.1 wasn't exhibiting any of these issues.

    Did anyone try Version 9.2.1?
    I did not find anything in the release notes about the color problems.

    Have any of you raised a Support Case about these problems?

    I would also suggest you check for available updates for you graphics card driver - preferably directly with the software supplier rather than relying on Microsoft updates or something form your hardware manufacturer.

    There are times when such driver updates are the wrong way to go but in this case I would suggest it is worth trying. NVIDIA, for example, had an update in June. I installed the correct version for my low end GPU and have had no problems.

    That's not a guarantee that there will be no problems but in general it suggests things are likely to be OK.

    @Simon I just tested 9.2.1, and it hasn't corrected the ICC profile problem with Canon EOS-70D Generic. Jumping back down to 9.1 for now.

    Update: After a long exchange with customer support (I forgot to go and look for a reply some times...) I got 9.2.1 to work.

    I would like to tell you how but the only thing I did was to upgrade once more to test something support suggested and suddenly everything is back to normal.
    My installation history was 9.1.2 >> 9.2 (bad) >> 9.1.2 >> 9.2.1 (bad) >> 9.1.2 >> 9.2.1 (good)

    I hope you will all find a way, too!

    Release notes indicate that this has been fixed in 9.3, and so far on my machine it appears to be working as it should.
