Software Activation

Because of several hard drive problems requiring replacement / reformatting. each time I have had to reload all software.

My Problem: Phase One limits activation attempts. (I had to beg to get my current Pro version activated. )

Continuation of Problem: I have recently switched to an Apple G5 so I can't use the software I purchased and own.

Any one out there had similar problems and solutions

  I will recommend you to raise a support case on our website: http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Support.aspx, press the “Contact Support†button, and supply them with your product key (4*4 digits looking like this xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), then they will be able to help you get Capture One activated again.
