Need help cropping

I can't seem to figure out how CO v10 crops.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

1. Select crop icon and adjust overlay to what I want the new photo to be.
2. The photo looks correct in Navigator
3. Process to jpg

When I open the processed jpg the image is not even close to what I select. It looks like it's actually cropped more than I selected.

  This is likely caused by the Lens Correction tool automatically cropping out distorted portions of your image. To disable it, set the Distortion slider to 0%. You can also disable it by default by hitting the ellipse (…) to the top right of the Lens Correction tool and hitting Disable Default Lens Correction.
  
  If that's not the cause, please create a case at and send us some screenshots as well as the output JPG

  Which window are you referring to when using "Navigator" to describe it?
  
  Can you advise about the process recipe you have selected when you export to jpg? How is it defined?

  It's under Details and shows the crop area.
  
  My jpg process is basic but do not have ignore crop checked.

  Thanks that fixed it by setting distortion to 0
