5 free upgrade package not reflected on online 'license info

    I could explain this in a loooooog boring answer but i prefer not to do that 😕

    Anyway - If you have been upgrading some of the product keys will not be updated on the website - we know it is a problem and we are working to correct this but it will not be solved immediately. However your product key will never be forgotten and we will always help you if there are any problems in activativating the software.

    Perhaps my situation was somehow different from Al's, but I had the same problem, entered a case, and my upgrade number was corrected to \"5\" about a month ago. There is hope!

    Yeah I do find it odd that I entered a case and instead of confirming/correcting my free upgrades left, they upped my activations, (which I had no problem with.) I just want written confirmation that I have 5 free upgrades left, thats all, instead of wait and see when the time comes. At least I have an electronic recipt that I purchase the 5 release upgrade package from rawworkflow.com on Oct. 18, 2004.
