5 free upgrade package not reflected on online 'license info
I purchaed the 5 free upgrade package when upgrading to CO LE. When I check the 'Show License Information...' menu item and it pull up the online \"License Info\" it shows:

Registration Code: XXX-XXX, etc. (deleted)
Free software updates that are left: 1
Valid versions for this key: 1.x/ 3.5.x/3.6x/3.7x \"
I opened an online service request and it was addressed by increasing my activation numbers, but not the free upgrades left. I asked to change this and was told \"We upped your activations, if you need your upgrades in the future , let us know and we will help.\"
I don't want to be a pain here, but it concerns me that my free upgrades are not shown correctly. Do others have this problem?

I could explain this in a loooooog boring answer but i prefer not to do that 😕
Anyway - If you have been upgrading some of the product keys will not be updated on the website - we know it is a problem and we are working to correct this but it will not be solved immediately. However your product key will never be forgotten and we will always help you if there are any problems in activativating the software.0 -
Perhaps my situation was somehow different from Al's, but I had the same problem, entered a case, and my upgrade number was corrected to \"5\" about a month ago. There is hope! 0 -

Yeah I do find it odd that I entered a case and instead of confirming/correcting my free upgrades left, they upped my activations, (which I had no problem with.) I just want written confirmation that I have 5 free upgrades left, thats all, instead of wait and see when the time comes. At least I have an electronic recipt that I purchase the 5 release upgrade package from rawworkflow.com on Oct. 18, 2004.
