Upgrade Mavericks to Yosemite

Hi all,

Question. I am currently running Mavericks and thinking of upgrading to Yosemite over the Xmas period. Do I need to deactivate Capture One 8.1 before upgrading the O/S or will it be all sweet?

  If you're upgrading, no need to de-activate.
  
  Even if you're fresh installing i don't think you need to de-activate.

  As long as you run Capture One on the same machine, a deactivation-activation cycle should not be necessary. However, as a precautionary measure I always deactivate software before doing a major OS X upgrade in case that upgrade goes wrong. I mean, it is still software and since software is my business, and do a lot of testing everyday, I do not trust it!!! 😁 😁 😁
  
  Fortunately, for Capture One, you can always retrieve any activation from the Phase One website in case you need it.
