Maximum number of files...

Is there a maximum number of files that can be imported in a single session? My session crashes after around 2600 files.... 😄 I am shooting tethered. I know it's a lot but it is a special project... Right now, I have to create a new session after around 2500 files to prevent any problems.... I'm using a macbook only to download the files. They are being processed on a bigger computer.

  All this depends on type of files and the specs of the computer... are all these images in one folder within the session or multiple folders. I typically only recommend a couple hundred files per folder with several folders in one session.

  Actually, they are all P45+ files in one folder...

  Yeah, thats quite alot for the computer to handle... Break them up into a few folders and your session will go much further.
