Support case creation not working

I'm trying to create a support case through the usual means on the phaseone website, but when I click the Next>> button, I get a white error page that says an administrator has been notified of the problem.

Same thing happened yesterday.

  Systems is up and running correctly.
  Make sure you are using a supported browser.
  On windows we support Internet Explorer and Firefox.
