Constant crashes on G5, none on Powerbook G4
I have two Power Mac G5 Dual 2ghz machines and one Powerbook G4 12\". All are running OS X 10.4.3 and C1Pro 3.7.2.
The Powerbook can run C1Pro all day processing files and never crashes.
Both G5 machines C1Pro will repeatedly crash in any of a number of situations. Most notable is Watermarking, which seems completely fubar'd. But even just switching out of C1Pro to another app and back seems to often cause it to crash.
Is this software just dying on the vine, or will the be some kind of response from Phase One sometime soon?

stevemaller,
To get Technical Support you will have to Create a Support Case and submit with complete details regarding your system configuration and exact details on your workflow at time of crash. Crash logs attached to the Case will also help greatly.
Support Website: http://support.phaseone.com
The Support System is monitored no less than 17hours/day M-F and occassional weekends and Holidays. You will receive a response once a Case is logged in a very timely manner.
Sincerely,
kc0
