C1 4.5 Pro - Start up with error message every time

Tethered shooting with 1Ds MKIII don't bring in the file correctly. Keeps saying loading. Click on process and it crashes. Click on delete to trash a file and it crashes.

I have the same problem with the 4.5 (not pro)
Message at start : "The given key was not present in the dictionary etc etc"
I can use C1 but when I want to process my photos it crashes.
Windows XP pro SP2
Raws are from à D70s
Maybe it's because I should upgrade to XP SP3 ?0 -
same error here, either when opening or closing and the library tree never opens to "last used".
I am on XP sp30 -
