    Hmmm...
Try to remove and then ReAdd the tool.
There is currently a known issue with the "Exposure Evaluation" tool which will be fixed in the next release but not the Levels tool.
It also may be related to the specific file type and any previous settings. For example the same RAW moved to a different folder and then accessed by Capture One as if it were new may not show the same behavior.

    Just a few thoughts.

This has occasionally happened to me. Sometimes it shows up after a number of seconds - this happens after I have adjusted multiple images before it. Sometimes if I ignore it and adjust something else, it pops back in. Other times, if I click/open the next image, then go back to the problem one, it shows up. I have never had it disappear forever, nor have I had to move files from folder to folder.
And it never happens a lot.

hmm, well i did give them a 5 star and goto the 5 star folder..

closing the prog and re-opening seems to be the only way to fix..

BTW, I only use Sessions, not the catalog mode.
I don't know if that will make a difference.

Confirming that this is happening to me to and the 5 star work around is not fixing it for me.

Closing and re-opening Capture One seems to correct all the minor glitches I experience.
