Switch Inch output to pixel or cm for crop tool (etc)

Hi,

How can I switch the default inch to pixel or cm? In the crop tool tab the drop down is grayed out and I cannot find any preferences setting for this.

  This is controlled in your output recipe, resolution field. Here you can select px/in, px/mm, px/cm. The crop tool will display accordingly.
