0 images imported?!?

Hi All,

I'm just trialing C1 and it's been good so far, but recently I keep getting a message stating "0 images have been imported to F:" But when I check the import has worked???

Also had about 3 crashes in least than a week.

  I'm not sure about what sort of response you are expecting.
  
  If you are hoping for someone to answers a question I don't really see a question that can be answered.
  
  Please note that this is a User to User forum not an official Technical Support forum. I think you may really need to talk to the Technical Team so that investigate your specific problem by reviewing the log files (or whatever is relevant) - something that few, if any, users will be in a position to do with any authority.
  
  I would suggest you create a Support Case and the Technical Support team will be able to discuss the details of your problem(s) with you and suggest ways to fix them.

  What's more: message about "untitled folder" that was created appears while download is comleted.

  The answer is yes. I see this behaviour is I import to a session using the new token based folder structure approach. The "0 Images imported ..." message. It looks like a small bug in the construction of the message but since C1 has done what I asked on every occasion I'm not concerned about it.
  
  The Untitled Album message is an advisory that tells us the name of the default link to the newly imported images in their requested folder structure. It can be renamed to something that means more to you as a aggregation of files.
  
  Alternatively we have the option to use the library tool to access each of the lowest level image storage folders and add them to a session as favourites should that be our preference as we work through the processing.
  
  I expect to use different approaches to the token based folder creation (or not use it at all sometimes) depending on my needs for the images I am importing.
