Cancelling auto image selection on session open.
I'm hoping someone can point me to a simple way to override the automatic loading of images from a session when it is re-opened.
Mainly I like the feature and it works well enough for my purposes. Occasionally, usually for a quick task, it's not so helpful and I would like to abort the automatic load and do my own thing. Is there a commend that will safely abort the auto load fairly quickly?
Worst case scenario that I am facing as a I type:
I wanted to find and print a single image from a particular session. Unfortunately when is was last closed it had been open on a smart album with a rather large underlying set of images (2550 it is telling me.)
The smart filtering is taking a while to complete for some reason and I can't seem to find a way to abandon it - it is not going to help me find the file I want. However whilst it is running nothing else seems to respond.
Any suggestions? (Apart from not closing the session with a large favourite folder or Album open ... it's not always something that one is thinking about at the time the session closes!)
