Problems with C1LE 3.7.3(140)
This is a minor issue, and I'm sure there's a simple fix, but I just cant seem to find where I'm going wrong.
Problem;
After downloading the raw files onto the PC, the inital C1LE preview thumbnail of each file look ok, then after in completes the task of processing all the thumbnails, all the preview photo's darken, and the histographs also seem to go underexposed. Comparin the histograph between PC and camera, show a distinct underexposure on the C1LE programme.
Whilst it's not a problem, all I need to do is increase the exposure compensation, this only seems to have happened recently, after re-installing the software after a PC crash.
Has anyone got any ideas where I'm going wrong?

What you first see is a embedded preview in the file and the you see the RAW data of what you have shot. 0 -
Yes, I can understand that (and that might just be the reason), but I still believe that during the raw transfer, the exposure must be altered, due to the fact I'm now having to boost my exposure settings normally by around +1 stop, even although my camera is set at -1/3. Don't ever recall having to boost by this much in the past. 0 -
Did more investigation, and found that the histograph on both my Camera and Photoshop, showed the RAW sample with similar characteristics, whilst the C1 seem to suppress the exposure by almost a stop.
Then decided to re-install C1LE, and hey presto, everything returned back to normal. Thankfully it was the software and not the camera. Unfortunately, can't say what the problem was caused by, but the re-installation fixed it.
