    You have got a separate back up of your V9 catalog, right? Not just the security copy?

    C1 will also have created a catalog backup before conversion. Is that in your security copy?

    Are you using a managed or a referenced catalog method? (Or a mixture perhaps?)

    Is your fresh windows installation fully updated?

    Which version of Windows?

    I think an entire Windows removal and fresh install was probably a little unnecessary but what is done is done.

    If you are still having problems you should probably create a Support Case and let the Phase team take a look at the log files.

    Also check you Windows event logs to see it they give you any clues about what was happening at the time of the freeze.

    No, I had all security copies in the same HD. And this are lost when I reinstalled Windows.

    I never had a problem before, so I did an external HD copy only when c1 11 started to fail. But how can I imagine I can´t use this security copy if c1 11 fails? It have no sense I can´t export it for c1 9.

    I tried c1 10, but the problem is the same; then I tried c1 9 again, and it works perfectly, but I can´t open my catalog with more than 8000 photos edited... I can´t believe.

    Is Windows 10 home edition, v 1706 comp. 16299.98 updated today, hardware AMD 4100, 8GB ram, Nvidia Geforce 550 Ti, and 3TB seagate HD.

    I can create catalogs, import images, no problem... but as soon as I try to edit a photo, the full system freezes. No bluescreens, no crash logs, just all is hang on, and I have to unpulg the pc.
