copy/apply arrows don't work

I upgraded CO9 a couple of weeks back and had an issue where I couldn't open CO. I upgraded again to 9.2.1 yesterday and this seems to have fixed the problem. However, I now note that the copy/apply arrows don't work. I would be very grateful for any advice that would fix this issue. Cheers, Peter
