Activation problem

I successfully registered, but did not receive an activation pin code.
I tried to get one using the button "I Forgot my password" some times in IE 6.0, Opera 9.27 and FireFox 3.0, but without success - I still have not received an email with the pincode. Could you help me, please?

Hi Alexandr,
I suspect the email was flagged as spam... it comes from noreply@phaseone.com. Nevertheless to make things easy I activated your profile, all you need to do is log in with your password. Keep in mind that if you create a support case with us, those updates will come from noreply@phaseone.com as well so you may want to add it to your address book.0 -

The thing is that I checked the Spam folder and there are no emails from Phase One. I bet there is a problem with delivering letters from a Phase One mail server to a Google one.
I want to order C1 4.1, but I am worrying I won't get an email with a key. Or it is not necessary and I will see my key in my account?0 -
I just paid Capture One and received an email from "noreply" with my order information. Everything is fine!
