import file from NAS

Hey all,

i have an external NAS with all my pictures since 2008 on it. The file structur ist very simple

ROOT ->
---------> Directory
-----------------------> Files

Like this "2012_11_25 - Eric Test"

So now i am looking for the best way to import this

  Two options, both from the import dialog
  
  1. You select the Directory and import the images inside. You have to repeat that process for each Directory.
  
  2. You select the Root, check Include Subfolders. This will enumerate and import all images.
  
  Note: not sure CO7 is already robust enough to handle the load of the second option.

  I'm with Paul, skeptical on CO7's import function working flawlessly. I've had mixed results and am looking forward to the 7.x upgrade before adopting a Catalog workflow.

  7.0.1 failed me even for the few hundred pictures from the last month.
