Overlay pixelated/not rendering overlay

Today we are shooting product on 2 separate sets and 2 different computers. The overlay tool was working fine on both computers and then stopped working on both computers. The overlay tool is is not properly rendering the overlay, the file looks jagged or stair cased if you will. We would drag and drop the file from the thumbnail list (as usual), then tried processing different types of files (jpeg & tiff) and dropping them into the overlay window with no successes. We also restarted the computers. No luck.

We have used this utility hundreds of times. Any ideas???

We are running C1 5.2 with up to date Mac OS 10.6.4.

  Not much detail to go on there I'm afraid. Providing the Overlay file or a screenshot may help.
