Import from memory card takes hours!!!

If you are new to Capture One, are you sure that it is version 10 you are using? (You've posted in the version 10 forum.) Capture One is now on version 12.

Also, if you want other users to offer suggestions on this, you'd better say a bit more about your equipment. What computer? What version of MacOS?

It certainly shouldn't take that long.
