EM2 upgrade
there does not seem to be a way to contact phase one directly so i am hoping someone here can help.
i started with iView many years ago. upgraded to EM2 when it was bought by microsoft. i downloaded the current version of EM2 from the web site, but it seems to be the same version i already had.
now i am being told i just have a 30 trial. is the version here different than the version previously released by microsoft? the version numbers are still the same. i certainly don't want to pay for something i already have. have any upgrades been made to the microsoft product?
and why oh why can i not find a way to ask phase one directly this question?!

this is the MOST confusing thing! i did all the steps before i asked my question. filled in the blanks to create a support call - except there is the necessary drop down box for phase one digital back before you can click "next." i am not using a digital back. i am using a 7D - which is listed, but unnecessary for an expression media question, but i filled in the field anyway.
i tried just entering any digital back, but that doesn't work either. without filling in that field, the support does not work. hence my frustration.

Ignore the Digital Back field and use the Camera Body field instead. See my response to your other post.0
