Project renaming crash
I would like to point out a repeated crash I am having when trying to rename a project (session favorites list). A project which you load gets a generic name with date and hour. I usually want to leave the date but remove the hour part and add a descriptive meaningful name. 50% of the time C1 will crash when I do that. And it is not pleasant because after restarting C1 can no longer find the project files and you have to do the import all over again or go in the file system to change the name of the corresponding folder to a generic one again. It would be nice to have a fix for this. I already sent a crash report to Phase One.

I don't understand - 'project' is not a Capture One term. Do you mean a favorite or a session?
Could you provide the exact steps to make it happen?0 -

So sorry, I used the term project loosely in the sense of "a collection of pictures" (and specified "session favorites list"). To be more precise I mean the section "Session Favorites" in the long list containing session folders, session albums, session favorites and system folders which comes up under "Library". If you click one of these session favorites it becomes writable. Typically it will say something like "March 25 2009 03-40-13 PM". Now when changing that name to for instance "March 25 2009 Macro shoot" and when you then hit return, 50% of the time the SWOD will come up followed by a crash (C1 quits).

I get the same thing. So it's a general bug, it seems. 0
