import error
Hello together.
If I shoot on a SD Card and import over the cardreader I often have error images after the import. see the attached image. What I can I change on my settings or has anyone an idea what to do?
The file is ok, so if I open the same file directly into PS or any other RAW Program it works fine.
Thanks
Chris

When this has happened to me it seemed likely due to you having a file of the same name in the same session or having deleted a file with same name before importing. Try renaming on import. 0 -
How much RAM do you have in your Mac? This typically happens when the Mac is low on RAM (not that even with 16 GB RAM, you could run low on memory due to other programs running in parallel). The Activity Monitor program is your friend here.
The RAW files are not affected.0 -
Hey Paul
I think your right on that. I do have 16GB RAM but if i check the activity monitor then I get 15,96 GB busy ☹️
So how about closing some of those activities and how do i know which one to close and which one I do need?
Thanks for the right hint on that

Start with closing other apps before import. The key combination Cmd+Tab will show you all programs running. 0
