"Preview" before and after image adjustments

Is there a way to toggle the before and after preview of image adjustments without resetting the adjustments you have made. I can't seem to find it.

  In version 4 you will be able to do this in a much smarter way with cloning generation and use Apple + Z but for now the best way to do this is to use the Before and After feature.
  This is found in View - Preview - Before/After
  This will put up a side by side where you can see changes side by side.
  Then use Apple + B to update "before" or Apple, Shift and B to return to original.
