Capture One recognizes and supports the Sony RAW format.
For the NEX 7 this would be the ARW file tag.

If you still have the original RAW files then you are welcome to import them into Capture One.

I have imported some files from my SONY NEX 7 with LR 4.4. The only option I had was to convert them while importing to dng-files. When I try to open them in C0 7.1.1 the program does not show any file?! Can this be possible?

I had the same problem with my S3 and S5 pro DNG files, when imported C1 wouldn't recognize them!
unfortunately I didn't have anymore the original Fujifilm raw files....
then I was told that C! 7.1.1 has a preliminary support for Linear DNG
so basically i used the free Adobe DNG converter to reconvert the DNG files once more and made sure to apply the
"Linear (demosaiced) option in the Custom DNG Compatibility tab

    It works!

I will give it a try, Ettore. Thank you. This is a heavy workaround, C0....

Switching the Adobe DNG Converter to Camera RAW "5.4 an newer" solves the problem.

It is also good to know that DNGs for a given camera can look very different in C1 than the same camera's original RAW files do.

Some people from Adobe say that should not be the case. Unfortunately is is.

That's because converting from RAW to DNG is conversion, no matter what Adobe wants you to believe.
