Tethering with Canon EOS R

Got a problem with tethering with Canon EOS R. Can't find option for AF manual mode, every time after shooting camera focuses to AF point, no possibility for focus stacking for example with arrows focus control.
Had no problem like this on my old Canon 5D mark II.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
