Color Labels
I have upgraded to Capture One Pro 9 and it is better in every way so far to CO 8.3. I am thoroughly enjoying it but I wish Phase One would update the way they handle color labels. They still insist on using the Photoshop urgency metadata tag to store color labels and most of my workflow uses the XMP:Labels tag. Capture One will read from XMP:Labels but won't write back to that tag. In addition, it seems to erase any XMP:Labels data present in the XMP file if you let it write to the XMP sidecar file.
I would appreciate it, if you could correct the next version to properly preserve XMP:Label data when present and allow the user to select where to store the color label data.
Thank you for a great product,
Brian

Brian,
You would probably do well to here to create a Support Case - it's the official way to get problems recorded and managed.
The forum is intended as a User to User resource. It can and does attract interest from the C1 team and the Phase team in general but does not guarantee that anything noted as a problem will end up being addressed in one way or another.
A support case does offer that commitment.
HTH.
