Assign hotkeys to camera controls

Is there any way via AppleScript or other to assign hotkeys (such as + / - ) to camera controls, to adjust the shutter speed or aperture in one-unit increments? I'm working on a fair number of architecture projects, and large exposure brackets are shot with the shutter speed bracketed. It is time consuming to use the mouse each time to select new shutter speeds, and touching the camera is discouraged for alignment reasons.

Any thoughts?

Secondly, any chance of automating a "bracket" via C1?
