If you create a session favorite for each hard drive you should be able to then in the pilot server share all images. I've not tried this and is likely to be slow. Let us know how you go.

When you go to the Capture Pilot tool in Capture One 6 - that is where you start the Image Server - you'll find the Folder drop down list. In this list you'll find the session folders, session favorites and session albums. You can also select any (system) folder on any drive connect to your computer. What you select here is what is displayed on your iPad.

One trick that might help you is to make multiple folders on your HDD a session favorite and select the default All Images smart album in the Capture Pilot tool. Note that smart albums look for images on all session folders, session favorites and session albums. As a result all images in all session favorite folders will show up in the All Images smart album.
Next, in the Capture Pilot tool select the All Images smart album in the Folder drop down list 'et voilà' you can browse through all those images from your iPad.

Of course you can make different smart albums that fit your need and select that album in the Capture Pilot tool. Don't make your selection of images to large, as it may slow down CO6 to much.
