Undo/CMD Z not working?

Hello All,

I just purchased an iMac and it's my first time using Capture One Pro 7 in OS X. For some reason the undo option is greyed out and CMD Z just makes the error noise. Any ideas?

    ...And now it's just randomly working. This program confuses me greatly sometimes.

    ...And now it's back to not working again. HA wtf.

    It seems that some actions do not respond to Undo. I have noticed that in the past. However, because I seldom to almost never use the undo, I do not have a clear picture of its limits.

    It wasn't doing this on the Windows version. If increase/decrease the exposure levels I should be able to undo that. Also, I love fully editing a photo, resetting it by accident, and then not being able to undo that.
