Recipes do not work
As of today, the use of recipes no longer works. All tasks are listed in the queue and the message "File could not be processed" appears in the event list. Can I delete the event list and how can I reactivate the recipes? I am using the Capture One Pro 12.0.3 version.

You can clear the list of files waiting to be processed by clicking ... in the batch tool, and choosing Clear Queue.
But the other thing is why can't you process the files. Are they online? Or are the raw files in a location that is not currently connected to the computer? Capture One needs access to the actual raw files to generate output.

Thank you for the advice.
I solved the problem by deleting my own recipes, which I then recreated.
