Upgrading from LE to Pro
I currently have a Mac LE license, and was thinking of upgrading to Pro. However, there is one issue that I sent a question to PhaseOne regarding, and they have not replied thus far.
A few years ago, I purchased one of PhaseOne's upgrade deals, and got five free updates to LE. My account still shows those five updates. If I upgrade to Pro, those updates no longer count for anything, as far as I know. I think I remember a time when PhaseOne offered some sort of conversion (5 LE updates > 1 or 2 Pro updates), but I may be imagining that - like I said, it's been a few years.
Does anybody know if they do this? My Pro trial has expired, so I'd like to move forward ASAP, but since they haven't responded to my sales question, I'm hesitating.
