The download link on the Phase site. I click on the link and get a blank screen and no download begins. 0 -
I am not sure which link you used but be aware that some links just add to your basket with no feedback, you should then click on the basket link and do a checkout 0 -
This isn't a purchase. I'm accessing the link via the CO updater in the Preferences that takes me to Phase site and the download link. 0 -
strange, for me the CO updater takes me to http://xchange.phaseone.com/Content/Downloads/CO5.aspx which seems to work fine 0 -

Yes that is the link that I get taken to, and from there I get a blank page with nothing occurring thereafter. Phase support has been kind enough to send me a direct link which settles the matter on the short term. However, I'm perplexed as to why this should occur, it happened once previously, irrespective of the web browser I use (Safari or Firefox). Scrapping all Phase cookies didn't help.0 -
It actually took me a day before I could get the update. I kept on getting error messages stating that I could not connect with the server. Now everything is done, and will be looking forward to using some of the new features. 0
