scale up when processing

Till recently I have been using Bridge to process raw files. It has an option to scale up images allowing me to get a 72mb file from my Canon 20d by choosing size 6144 by 4096 (25.2). I'd like to be able to do this with CaptureOne and imagine it simply that I do not know how. I have so far exhausted the scale options. Trying 200% or keeping the resolution at 300ppi and setting the width to 20.48 inches. When I open the file in photoshop it has not changed and remains 20mb or so. Does anyone know how I can do this?

  Processing Tool > Set Processing parameters to:
  
  > Set Resolution: 72px/in
  > Scale: To Size
  > Change size to px and enter 6144 x 4096
  > Process
  
  Resulting image is exactly what you're after.
