What happened to Edit With menu

Something has happened to C1 since the last update. Prior to 12.1.1 when I selected Edit With, I would see multiple choices (for example Photoshop, Affinity Photo, etc.) in the pull-down menu. Now when I select Edit With, I see only two choices in the window, Affinity Photo or Other. If I select Other and then choose a new application, the new application replaces Affinity Photo in the menu and I now see only the new app and Other. I fumbled around in Preferences and cannot see how to get back to being able to see more than two choices (e.g., Affinity Photo and Other) in the pull-down window.

  Edit with and Open with are now controlled by the "Open With Menu" Plugin.
  
  You can control the menu contents in: Preferences>Plugins>Open With Menu

  Thank you very much!!
  Looks as if C1 has gone back to their stealth mode and is hiding things again.
