Developing Images

I use C1 Pro 1.3.6 to develop images from various photographers. Recently some files have been displayed as if they are corrupted but if I hit the develop button the resulting developed file displayed in Pshop is OK. To load my files into C1 Pro I use the drag and drop method, although this is not the standard procedure it has worked fine with past versions and also up until now with 1.3.6. Any comments appreciated.

  please let me know if the previews and thumbnails (?) show up different (how?) ?
  
  What camera was used, does it only appear when developing files from a special type?

  The preview and thumbnail both look normal until you select the thumbnail, then they instantly change and both look exactly the same (like a sort of ripple effect).
  
  The backs I have seen this on are H10,H25,P25.

  Sorry but I can't see an option for attaching an image file to this post, it seems all you can do is attach a link to a web page.

  go to our main support page and create a websupport case to us, and attach your image there. Then we will take a look at your images and see if we can do anything.
