tips and tricks: where?
Hi,
i'm wondering where is "custom target color" that in c1 3 version was in exposure tool: i'm setting the new software and is pretty different; also, is possible to manage focus tool as a separate window as before? I'm a digital tech, so photographers need that and some of them use "custom target" in different color to personalize the picts as a main tool in cp.
Last things: in the forum i found some tips and tricks: i can find everything in the user manual? otherwise would be better to get to the clients A resume of everything.

The CO3 'Custom target colors' are available in CO4 in the same tool (Levels). However, they are now visible at the top left en top right.
The separate focus window is not available in CO4. Instead CO4's aim is to review focus in the entire viewer at any magnification. Another way to work around this is to open a second viewer, resize it and enlarge to 100% (or any magnification you like). The second viewer might be a Pro/DB feature, not sure, and you can find it in the Window menu.
The 3rd and last question about tips and tricks I do not understand, so I leave that to somebody else to answer. 😉0 -
Thanks, but if i don't make a mistake your suggestion about custom target color regard RGB instead of before that was manageable separately for each of three colors: if is like this is a big gap for my work.
Unfortunately i have to find an alternative to satisfy the photographer that i'm working with. with cpt 3 you could put some red in the shadow and yellow in highlight, as example.
About tips and tricks i intended the solution that you suggested like how to manage camera8 setting in leopard, 4.6 instead 4.6.1 for cameras except P65+ and to open another window to manage focus tools. maybe is too diffcult to manage but a resume would be helpful: maybe it already exist!
thanks
