Previews never generated during session
Yesterday the photographer I was assisting was using a trial version of Capture One 10.2 on the latest Macbook Pro Running Sierra, and and was shooting on a Canon 1Dxmk2 (I did not note the firmware version)..
She had tested the setup the night before and noticed no problems. (Although she's a new user and perhaps wasn't looking close enough.)
However on the shoot, the image previews never rendered. They looked extremely pixelated. When I navigated to them in Finder, they were fine.
Troubleshooting steps I tried included:
- Regenerating Previews.
- Changing the size of the previews in Capture.
- Turning Open GL on/off.
- Shot into a new session
- Restarting Capture
- Restarting The computer.
- Using Lightroom, which was how we completed the shoot (Other than speed, it was fine).
What happened, and how can it be fixed?

Out of interest were you looking at the previews (In the Viewer Window) or an expanded Browser screen with enlarged thumbnails? (If you zoom in to the thumbnails they will look pixelated because you are simply displaying small files larger. Previews will recalculate when told to.)

God, that's a good point. I'm 99% sure I was looking at the viewer, and not at enlarged thumbnails. I'll check though. Thanks for the suggestion. 0
