How do you delete a "current collection" tab

I removed a whole directory associated with a current collection which shows in the tabs of the browsing menu. Now the Tab shows the name of the current collection with a RED X in the tab. I just want to delete this TAB so it does not further pollute my current collection tabs.

  The dreaded RED indicates a folder was renamed, moved or in your case Deleted.
  Select tab > click icon Delete the active collection at top ( folder with red X)

  Thanks.... I'm so used to a right mouse click with a submenu, I hardly see the icons. Sometimes the text popup when you rollover an icon is a bit slow too.
