Why no Graduated ND filter?

One of the best features for me anyway of Lightroom is the graduated neutral density filter. However Capture One seems to be sorely missing this feature.

Can't Phase One add a feature like this? Surely if Adobe can figure out how to do it then Phase can as well.

  I'd swear that would be the gradient mask on a layer. You'd need to lower the exposure for that layer to get the traditional NG Grad effect. This offers much more than the pre-defined ND Grad, it's just as easy a Grad Tobacco filter of any of that sort, etc.
